Our Story

Jaime Jara is the owner and chef of breakfast house. He's been working in the restaurant industry in Chicago ever since he arrived from Ecuador. After 10 years working in the kitchen he decided to open his own business. Jaime dreamed of a place where he could combine all his knowledge from his previous work into his own creation. In 2012 his 8 year old son, Diego, came up with the name "Breakfast House".
